Lobster Ravioli's – Delicious Lobster Ravioli's with a Lemon Alfredo Sauce (12 ravioli’s and a 16 oz container of sauce). $18.00 per order.
Marinated Chicken Thighs (or chicken tenders) - We marinate this chicken with ginger then toss them in sweet glazed sauce; and Jasmine Rice is included. Each order serves 2 $14.00 per order.
Week of June 16th
Chicken Manicotti -made with the summer flavors in mind. Ricotta cheese, chicken, lemon, and mozzarella cheese then topped with a light lemon sauce (4 tubes per order) $16.00 per order.
Week of June 23rd
Beef Satay – 1lb of sliced beef marinated in teriyaki sauces ready to grill. Peanut dipping sauce and rice are included. Serves 2-4. $18.00 per order.

Stuffed Pork Chops (8 oz.)– with Prosciutto (an Italian ham) and plum, creating a sweet tangy flavor served with a honey balsamic glaze. $8.00 per order.
Four Cheese Manicotti - stuffed with our house cheese blend, then topped with our marinara sauce. 2 tubes per order $7.00 per order.
Smoked Salmon – * (8oz) lightly seasoned and hickory smoked; OR
*(8oz) Hickory smoked and then brushed with our Teriyaki glaze; OR
* (8oz) mesquite smoked and finished with our Brown Sugar glaze; OR
* (8oz) poached in a white wine garlic butter sauce.
All are healthy options since we either smoke cook or poach the Salmon– and, if you would like without the glaze just let us know. $8.00 per order.
Kebob's - Cooked smoked prime ribs cubes, potato’s, onions and red peppers. $4.00 per kebob. - Cooked Chicken, onions, red peppers with a peanut sauce. $3.00 per kebob. If you would prefer to grill them your self just let us know.
Sweet & Sour Pork OR Chicken – a family favorite! Homemade sauce, Pork (or Chicken), onions and pineapple over Jasmine rice; this is a 16 oz container. $14.00 per order.
Full Rack of Spareribs (serves 4) - seasoned and marinated then topped with caramelized apples and onions. $32.00 per order.
OR - Gingered spareribs. $30.00 per order.
OR - Orange glazed spareribs. $32.00 per order.
- Add jasmine rice 16 oz $2.75 per order, or 32 oz at $5.50 per order.
Chicken Breast– * (6oz) with a walnut coating . Served with a honey mustard or Ranch dipping sauce. $7.00 per order.
BBQ Ribbets – (2 lbs; 32 oz) of Delicious ribbets in our special BBQ sauce! $15.00 per order.
Chicken Breast– * (8oz) baked with a Marion Berry glaze. $6.00 per order.
Chicken Parmigiana- (6oz)- chicken breast coated with seasoned bread crumb then topped with red sauce, mozzarella cheese then placed on top of spaghetti. $8.00 per order.
Beef Stroganoff – a classic dinner. Beef cooked in a creamy beef sauce. Served with egg noodles. $7.00 per order.
Chicken Enchiladas – in a white sauce with corn tortillas. (2) per order. You may want to purchase some chips to dip with the extra sauce. $7.00 per order.
Pasta Sauce's {Available all the time}: Creamy Marinara, or Southwest sauce {A creamy sauce with blend of cheese, and green chilies};or Italian Sauce {Artichokes, sausage and red peppers in a light white sauce}. 16 oz. container $8.00 32 oz container $16.00

Heating Instructions: (Most of the containers are microwavable unless label otherwise.) The key to not drying out your dinners is to heat 2-3 minutes on low/medium in the microwave at a time and adding few drops of water if there is no sauce. Pasta and Sauces
Add a few drops of water to pasta and heat in microwave 2-3 minutes at a time until warm.
Heat sauce 2-3 minutes at a time in the microwave until warm and pour over pasta then toss together.
Stove:
Add a few drops of water to pasta and heat in microwave 2-3 minutes at a time just to take the chill off of the pasta. Put pasta in sauce pan and add the sauce heat on medium for 3-4 minutes then add the pasta and heat until warm. CLICK HERE for the Appetizer Menu (in Word Format) Please call
